We get asked lots of questions, we've put some of them here which may provide the answer you are looking for.
Can you deliver my vehicle and system to me?
Yes we can deliver your vehicle and system to you. The price for this will be quoted to you upon purchase.
Can you deliver your trolly systems or static systems?
Yes we offer a next day pallet delivery service to our customers. Our usual cost for this is a flat rate of £70 unless you are outside of the UK mainland area then additional postage costs may be required. Please contact us before purchasing for a price on your delivery cost.
Do you deliver to Ireland and the Isle of Man?
Yes we do. Additional postage will be charged.
How quick can I get my products delivered?
We offer a premium tracked next day delivery service with DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number and receive updates on the progress of your delivery.
What are the average running costs on my system?
On average the maintenance of your system would cost you around £100 per year. £80 for a 25litre bag of resin and £20 for replacement pre filters. These can be delivered on a tracked next day delivery service to your door or collected from our warehouse.
Do I get a warranty on my system?
Yes, you will receive a 1 year's manufacturer's warranty on your system.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a small non refundable deposit is required when securing your new vehicle or system. This can be done over the phone using any major credit or debit card.
Do I need an appointment?
All viewings for vehicles and systems will require an appointment. You can call us between our business hours of 8am- 5pm to arrange an appointment.
There isn't a van online that I want for my business, can you source me one?
Yes! Over the many years we have been trading, due to the nature of our business we have developed good standing relationships with trusted suppliers within the motor trade industry. We can find you your vehicle whether that may be to suit make/model/mileage or budget.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We are an FCA approved business working with Close Brother Motor Finance to offer finance options to our customers.
Do you sell replacement filters and membranes?
Yes, we have a large supply of stock to replace filters and membranes along with any other window cleaning replacements including resin and pure water.
I already have my own van, can I have a system mounted into the back?
Yes! We can fit our van mounted systems into most vehicle sizes. We have a wide variety of tanks and frames to suit both your vehicle size and your water storage requirement.
